Searchme went into a invite only beta on the 11th of March 2008, and you have to submit your email to receive a test account. What the compelling difference is between Searchme and any other search engine out there is that it returns results mostly in a visual format, as the image of the result site. Zoho People is a Web-based solution that allows you to manage all aspect of human resources - Pre-created forms, Employee portal, Recruitment & resume management, Organization chart, and much more. Check out the screenshots and you will get the idea if you are in need of such a solution. What I like about it is that it is free (for now) for up to 10 users - hey that beats salesforce at least and gives small companies the edge...
