Zoho People is a Web-based solution that allows you to manage all aspect of human resources – Pre-created forms, Employee portal, Recruitment & resume management, Organization chart, and much more. Check out the screenshots and you will get the idea if you are in need of such a solution.

What I like about it is that it is free (for now) for up to 10 users – hey that beats salesforce at least and gives small companies the edge of an enterprise tool without the big monthly per user subscription.
